Marcia Neill has been married to Joe for 36 years; they have four children, and four grandchildren.

All four children were home schooled.

 Their eldest, Sr. Catherine, resides in France, Jeffrey and Stephanie are both graduates of Thomas Aquinas College, and Kathryn attended Ave Maria U. She currently works in Irvine CA.
